Sputtering after start up

So the last couple of nights I went for a short ride. Tonight it was about 65 degrees and last night it was about 50. For the first half mile or so, throttle response sucked and the engine sputtered. It went away after about a mile or so. What’s the problem. Plug maybe?

Airsal, 64 jet, stock carb biturbo. Tomos LX.
