Another Moby Problem. I cant figure this one out

Alright. Setup:
Malossi 62, dellorto 15, NGK B6HS, rebuilt AV7.
The story:
Engine rebuilt over winter. Put it on this season, rode for about 150 miles, gave me some electrical trouble, so i took the engine off and put it in “time out” for 3ish weeks till i could figure it all out. Put it back on after I rebuilt the stator and did a deluxe re-do of all the electrical. I set the timing and nailed the money spot the first time around. I cruised around for about a half hour and she was back to her old self, doing about 40 with great pickup. All the sudden she slowwwwwws down, I pull over, and cant get it started again. By the way it was acting i figured i either mixed too rich or the timing cam slipped.
Thats where I stand now. Ive tried about a bazillion positions on the timing cam, and the most I can get, IF it starts, is to fart around maybe going 5 mph at WOT. Sounds like timing right? Well i have a hatch carved into the cam and crankshaft so I can remember where “the money spot” was, and I know i need to have it lined up preettty damn close to that to get it running well. SO i tried resetting the timing over and over and over again. I sware i’ve checked about 3 degrees in .5 degree increments both advanced and retarted from the spot I know works, and still no dice. Sometimes I can get improvements… some timing positions will get it started to idle (like the weakest idle youve ever heard), and some will actually get it so I can sit on it and put around going 5 mph or so. Technically an impovement, but hardly success.
Half the time it wont even start, and i dont understand that either. I have fat ass blue spark every time I check, yet sometimes when i put the plug in and try to start, I get nothing.
Im really at a loss. I dont know what else could be happening here. I have the stator off right now and I’m going to change the points because I cant think of what else to do. My points dont look awesome, but I dont know why they’d be the problem anyways, because i get sexy spark all the time and I’ve used them on this setup before.
Someone please bail me out here. im tired of spending 3 hours a day working on a ped with no success. Ive learned to have patience with these things, and I’m willing to keep trying but i’ve lost direction and am getting aggravated. I just wanna ride, man. Thanks for reading, and thanks for the help.
