Tomos Timing

Except that my bike runs well for a while before losing power I have the same problem as Jeremiah. If the timing is off will the engine be consistently bad? My poblem often resolves itself if I shut down on the electrical switch, then instandly restart with no cooldown. I am VERY FRICKIN frustrated at this point. I have read all the posts in Jeremiah’s thread. Any new suggestions?
