Louisville,KY moped mechanics

I just got a Kenetic TFR and Im trying to get it running It needs a dash or atleast a new ignition or something. I just need somebody to take a look at and diagnose what it problem is. I dont know if theres any moped shops or not cause I’ll hafta walk it to wherever I need to take it.
