Re: pa50 not starting

Well heres the story with the moped…

I got it last year kind of near the end of summer beginning of winter. The first day I got it it was running and I rode it for 26 miles. The last four miles I decided to ride were to my buddies house. Well….I ended up pedaling half of that, on and off. It just kinda slowly died, then I would pedal for a little bit, then try to start it and ride a little bit and so on.

Well I took it home and it sat for a few months, I can’t remember if I did anything to it…probably not. But then I tried to start it and it did the exact same thing…except after 12 miles. Hasn’t ran since then. It sat in my garage over winter and now that the weather is getting nice I really want to get it running. I’ve spent the past two weeks off and on working on it tuning it up….but still can’t get any spark.

Anyway…this weekend I will take a look at the wiring diagram and the wiring on my bike.
