Remove the air filter assembly. Decompress the motor and push the Solex while you look down inside the air horn (venturi) of the carburetor. Make sure that you see a strong spray of fuel entering the air horn for each rotation of the flywheel/rotor. The fuel should spray out of the side wall of the air horn where the fuel jet is located.
