Starting Solex!? HELP ME!!!

So,
I’m having trouble to start my Solex 3800.

I did all the things listed (found some similar old post here), but still nothing!
List of things I’ve done:
1. Checked the fuel system. It’s OK. When I turn the magneto by hand, I get the fuel dripping from the return pipe in to the tank. The jet is cleaned and OK. The fuel filter is OK.
2. The spark is OK. Blue and strong. New spark.
3. Compression is OK. I get hard time when trying to push the bike with the engine engaged (on the wheel). Also, I have opened the cylinder head, replaced the seal and cleaned the decompression valve.
4. No carbon build up in the exhaust/intake system.
5. Replaced the seal on the intake/exhaust pipe.
So?
What to try next?
I’m running out of ideas.

Actually, I managed to get it running few times for a very short time and then dies. Sometimes I can’t start it at all.

I am death tires of trying today.
Hope that someone can help me here. I really want to get this beauty running. It’s 1966 model, first owned by my grandpa.
