I broke the flywheel main shaft keyway

Im new… can you tell? :) My problem was and still is that the flywheel was not spinning. So I thought I would try to break it free by a little twist and turn but instead of breaking it free I broke it. A few questions:

What can I do about the broken keyway? (does this make sence??)

What would cause the flywheel not to spin?

And if I need a new main shaft where do I get one? Im in Nor Cali.
