My moped will crank up and run but wont pull,, Let Me Explain, I bought a Tomos Moped with a great running motor and it worked great for a few weeks, Then a few days ago the motor quit running it wont crank and when I did run it wouldn’t pull, I put brand new clutches in it and still no luck,,,, Any Help Is Appreciated
