How do you replace the headlight bulb?

I have a Puch Maxi ‘78 and my headlight bulb went out. I took the headlight off to replace the light bulb only to find that I could not actually get to the bulb because the glass on the front of the headlight is sealed to the metal casing that holds the light bulb. How am I supposed to change the light bulb??
