Raleigh Tool Kit cover

Recently picked up a ‘68 Raleigh Super 50. Will be giving her a tear down and a good clean over the winter. New electrical, new cables, possibly a new carb. Only thing I am missing is the right hand side chrome tool kit cover. Every time I look at the bike, it irritates me to no end. Any help you all could provide would be great.
