How much would you pay for...

A 1980 Puch… it looks like its in good shape but the chains are rusty, there is no carb, and the engine isn’t moving at all.

Has plastic sides, basically no rust, no rust in the tank, rear view mirror, and nice paint still.

How much would you pay for it?
