WTT Kitted Magnum for Kitted Toptank

Hi everyone,
I have been working on a puch magnum MKII, repainted it, bought a 70cc tccd kit, techno bullet pipe, high compression head, 12mm and 14mm carbs, performance air filter. I have it all installed, and I just can’t tune it correctly. Everything works, I just haven’t the time nor the patience to work on it any longer. It probably needs a delorato carb, I just don’t have the money.

I am looking to trade for a turn key kitted toptank moped. Who has something for me? I live in Michigan. I would like something that goes around 40.

I have put a lot of money into this, so please show your best.
