F/S in MA: Yamaha Chappy

Hey people, I have to sadly sell my girlfriend’s 1980 Yamaha chappy. We’re kinda sorta broken up now and need the cash so here’s the details:

1980 Yamaha chappy 50cc lb50
Around 1400 miles
Kick start functions but does not return up automatically
Ignition lock cylinder pulled, works with screwdriver (not stolen!, p.o just lost key)
Was not running when i bought it 2 months ago but had it running gperfectly about 1 month ago. (gas lines clogged with old gas sludge, not dirt)
Some greenish corrosion on the chrome but so far it seems to clean off ok with alot of buffing.
Luggage rack is rusted especially underneath.
Tires have been replaced with correct ones from yamaha and are practically brand new.
Seat cover is in great shape.
This is an awesome rare bike with 2 speed, high/low transmission. doesnt need too much work at all to make it perfect.
Need to get what we paid for it so we are asking for 450 b/o
