columbia open road help

I just bought this open road and cant figure out what all the levers are. I know that two of them are front and back brakes. What are the other two. Also the switch on the left side of the bars whats that for. It didnt come with a manual so I am S.O.L. I cant find much information on this bike either. ANy help would be great
