why?
because we like you. and free booze.

One that encompasses everyone and all things moped army. all the branches on the top page, and everyone who is moped army affiliated, whether a member of a branch or GFer. Why? to get free booze and stuff.

figure just let any old stripper, dj, or band in cuz it will drive anyone crazy to have to okay every request just the branches on the top friends.
