if this were a beatle song it would be called HELP

ok.

so after opening my engine and doing some shit to my clutches, and port matching and spliting my case i am left with a moped that makes a wierd whizzing noise after about 30 seconds after being started…

i know it is in the bottom but would like some ideas for what i should look for before i go in there with as much of a clue as i did before.
