Mine will break 30 and it’s stock. Seriously though you don’t want to go much faster than that. The qualities of the bike are that it runs extremely smooth, quiet, and it’s very reliable. The downside is that it’s probably the most unstable bike I’ve ever ridden. It rides like heaven up to about 27, then it gets real jittery beyond that. The problem stems from the center of gravity being almost on top of the rear axle so that every little bump causes your front wheel to lose contact with the road at higher speeds. If you could somehow lengthen the frame to move the axle behind the seat the bike would be great for modding but the thought of going 50 on one just makes me a little queasy. The bike is an awesome daily rider and the bike you always turn to when nothing else will start because it always will.
