yeah our friend has a courtyard that is fenced in with razor wire…the person or person’s who stole it jumped the fence, pulled back some of the razor wire, and threw the bike back over the fence. We know this because the moped sustained some cosmetic damage; evidenced by pieces of reflectors and the battery laying on the ground… sucks.
