R.I Registration and such?

hey guys,

anyone from the r.i area or know the procedure for registering moped. i’ve got 2 i’ve been working on 1979 and 1980… i’ve got no titles just bills of sale from CT. i can’t really find solid answers about this online. older then 10 years i shouldn’t need a title right? but i will need to get them inspected?

didn’t know if anyone here has dealt with the r.i DMV before.
