is this some website promising all this if you buy some information on how to do it for them?

i can only see this type of conversion working at one fast idle setting, you really need a more complex metering system than that. A bing carb would probably work well set up like that if it was supplied enough pressure, because it has the needle, but you will really have to have a regulator on it. when i set mine up, i used a bernz-o propane torch (torch tip removed) plumbed into a 25 psi regulator used for Keg tappers, and i plumbed that into the airbox, not the jet. i think using it plumbed into the bottom of a bing might actually give you a rather driveable moped. the degree of how well it works probably will depend on your skill level and the amount of time you spend dicking with it. Personally, even at 10 bucks a gallon, i’ll stick to the pocket change i spend on gas.
