Convert Tomos LX to Propane

I know this has been discussed before but now with gas so high priced it makes sense with propane being over a dollar (or more depending on the size of your storage tank) cheaper per gallon than gas.

I have seen some websites on-line that take a carb and drill out the jet port and that is where you attach the hose from a low pressure regulator (using a small grill tank is fine) and discard the float and everything else in it. You add a vacuum port to the idle screw port and seal all the other ports.

This delivers propane in exactly the same way gas is and allows you to have full throttle control.

with the oil injection I think a propane tomos moped could be a reality!

Am I crazy?

Don’t even bother saying propane is explosive. So is gas. Gas is more so and the tank on my tomos is way less strong than the crappiest propane tank!
