I am of the opinion that hoarding is never a good thing. Especially if you are part of a gang. You shouldn’t be obcessed with having more and more, you should be obcessed with the amount of new aweseome people that you can get into the game. So in the end I think that if you have more moped than you have fingers and toes, then you have way way too many.
