I just was at the hospital, sitting with a friend in a waiting room, and reading magazines, and I saw a picture of a 1903 Harley that looked exactly like that. Odds are really good that’s at least where they got the design, and odds are at least sorta good that it’s a rebadged Harley.
That man you went and saw is smart. Moped better than car.
