He wouldn't sell moped

I went to look at a 1910 Buick project car I wanted to buy today. The fellow had this moped there, but he wouldn’t sell it!



It’s about a 1913 Pope. The old motorcycles were started by pedal, and you could pedal along with the running engine if you wanted… sound familiar?
