Best price on tubes + tires(ebay store)?

I remember an ebay store that had a package deal on tires and tubes, but I can’t find it anywhere when I search for it on the board. I just ran over a big nail on the way to work today and have decided to replace both tires and tubes on my Maxi. I am looking for something at a cheap price, but also something that is reliable. By using the search function on this site, most people seem to lean towards the Gazelle tires and not the Savas.

Does anyone remember the ebay lister that was selling the package deal, and if so, does anyone have a rating of the tires and tubes he/she sells.
