dude cool is in the eyes of the rider who cares what others think! To be a true moped you need pedals, but who cares, get a bike that fits you and your personality, in some states like mine anything under 50cc is a moped pedals or not, I’am personally praying for this mint qt-50…hope I get her 101 orig miles! it is a no-ped but in MN it can be liscenced as a moped. anyways if no one else will help you on here I will no matter what you buy! Have fun RIDE!
