I have ridden both. My friend has a no-ped tomos and I love nothing more than Pedaling my bike in circles around him while we are stopped in a driveway or parking lot.

I was cruising through a park the other day where motorized vehicles are not allowed and every time a person would come buy, I would hit the kill switch and pedal away. It is quite fun. Pedals are awesome.
