For cars I change the oil after the first 500 miles and don’t go over 55.Some people get a truck and right away hitch up a boat and hual ass 500 miles down the interstate at 85mph and wonder why it burns oil after only 50,000 miles.For a moped I would change the tanny oil at around the 100 mile mark.By then the parts should have mate’d up and you need to get the metal dust particles and fluid drained out.Just my 2 cents.
