If it is a Tomos, it should be fine. Tomos builds good motors that don’t break, unless there was already something wrong with it, then if you had taken it really easy, it might have held together till the warranty expired before breaking. The days of long complicated break ins are over, modern manufacturing techniques can build a motor that is 99% broken in before it is ever started, Chinese motors excepted.
