1980 Puch Maxi Sport MKII

So I’ve been searching high & low for a Puch that is in workable condition. I finally find one, and it is in way better condition than I had expected. Bottom line the guy’s selling it wants 6 hundred, I feel that’s high. Am i off base? It is in excellent running condition with low mileage, I’m just not sure what to expect to pay for something in decent condition. Any advice?
