Try to make a long story short. Had bike locked up in garage up against a wall with a tarp over it. Someone as watching and waiting. I always say I hate stupid people however in this case I love’em. They rode the bike excessivley in the same neighborhood that they stole it in. Ya I know good idea. Anyway some of my friends heard or saw it go by over the course of the afternoon. They called the cops but to no avail. My bro Pete called me while he was talking to the cops and said he could see the guys and my ped behind his work. Another friend Kevin just so happened to be riding around looking for my ped and did his best to stall them with stories about how you need to let it sit after you put in the 2 stroke and whatever bullshit he laid down, thanks Kevin. In walks yet another friend Skank and offers to buy it for 100 bucks and them being unaware of the supply and demand issue take the offer, I owe ya Skank. I know sorry no beat downs to talk about but there where more of the bad guys (probably packing) than good guys. The way I see it I got the bike for a song anyway so an extra hundo is worth it to me. For now I am keeping this bad boy locked up in my house from now on. My advice to all of you,because I had the same thought on locks, spend the loot on a nuke proof lock or two. I know I will. And get it registered the cops won’t do shit if it isn’t. Again to all that helped THANKS does not say enough. All I can offer is if you need help I will do whatever humanly possible to assist.
That about does it for me I gotta find some new crank arms, pedals, and a seat. Fuckers couldn’t ride worth a shit. But she still runs like she did before.
