Bruce, I gotta call your bullshit here. Unless you’re a cop or an elected official, and have taken and passed a course through the state, and then received a special carry license which is still restricted, you can’t carry in Illinois. And it’s hard to convice the state to let you take that course even if you’re an elected official. You prettymuch have to be a cop.
Not to mention that you claim to live in Chicago, and they’ve had a handgun ban since 1983. You can’t even own a handgun and have it in your house, let alone carry it.
And your ignorance about assault, unlawful restraint, and all these other laws I’ve mentioned has shown two things. Number one is that you never took the required Illinois training that is offered to a select few. Number two is that you never took any concealed carry class, or you’d know better.
Wait, and I guess number three is that you’re just talking out your ass.
