About TFR noped, question

My local powersport dealer due to economic hardship is calling it quits. He has 7 brandnew TFR (Taiwan Fun Ride) scoots on sale.

A plain 2 cycle 50cc is priced down to 1500$ would that be a good price?

Of course I am keeping my Puch for short rides.
