The 86cc kit I got needed and still needs lots of work. Definitely not the best casting job. Ports not lined up with the studs, transfer problems etc. I guess thats how they make them down there. The cylinder wall is still plenty thick. Even on the 86cc so I can’t see that being a problem. You have to remember also that these are cast iron cylinders. And the minarelli studs are very far apart compared to most bikes.
