O/T Scooters

The other day I was riding my 70cc Tomos.
Out came this kid on a scooter.
He started chasing me down.
So, I came to a red rectangle andd, he stated cussing at me for know apparent reason.
So, Off the gate I rode a wheely out and gve him “Old Glory”.
He ate my dust when I was at 55 M.P.H.
Did I handle this right?
I never had a problem with scooters until this day.
By the way, it was a Kasea if it makes a difference.
