Does it have the ballistic plates, or is it just the holder? It is definitely not illegal in “most states” to own body armor. That’s total BS. I’m sure some states have banned them, but saying most states just ain’t true.
What size is it? I’d buy it off you. And yeah, I’m pretty sure you can’t sell it on ebay with the ballistic plates in it for some stupid reason.
