Tell him to spray paint his dinosaurs on your house if you’re not going to smack him upside his head for being a vandal. WTF? Since when is OK to tag someone else’s stuff and all his dad cares about is that he wasn’t on his ped? You’re lucky they don’t find every other little dino he’s put around town and change him separately for each one. It’s not art unless the owner of the “canvas” commissions him to do it, it’s vandalism.
