I have not used the M29s, though I plan on getting some soon. However:

Pirelli’s are amazing all-around. Decently stiff, great grip, insane durability.

Michelin VM100s are good all-around for stock or a little faster than stock mopeds. Good grip, good durability, nice n stiff.

Sava MC11s are ok, but a little splashy at speed…not quite stiff enough.

Cheng Shins are fine for anything up to 32

IRC makes a good tire. I do not understand the center groove, as this is your contact patch and a tire of the size we use cuts water anyway, no need for a track. That said, the ones on my Yamaha are grippy and stable up to 55mph, as fast as she’ll go. Could use a stiffer sidewall, but not bad.
