Motobecane Help

I have a 50 v 1979 moped.

The first problem i have is the light, i just replaced the front sealed beam and the beam is weaker than dog piss.
I tried jiggling around the wiring and every possible way of hooking it up and nothing worked.

Second, The engine, when the tire starts spinning fast(not when just revving it) moves about two inches.
I looked at it and the only mount is on the top of the engine, and its just one bolt
