this happened to my dads diesel. he just used starter fluid. it worked fine, and when it got warmer out (he went to work at 6am) it would start fine.

he said it was his glow plugs and then it became the electrical system that feeds the glow plugs. He never bothered replacing it.

now hes got a company truck which is an o6 tacoma
