this will never “mostly help.”
get online, find the laws for your city/state and learn them and print them off for use during run-ins with johnny law. mostly, this endeavor will make you seem a smartass, and will bring their attention to you and any other riders in your town.
you are blowing wide open a door for yourself and others to get the shit harassed out of them.
don’t use “gaining information” as a cover for being a belligerent fuck out to cause trouble with the pigs. you obviously have the internet. it will be far more useful in giving you actual information than your local precinct ever will be.
you are doing this, as stated in the title of the thread, just to piss the local blues off.
