Yeah, I get everyone’s point but eh, I’ll do it anyway. Believe it or not, cops actually have a slightly different take on things depending on where you go. Like here in State College, if you’re underage, drunk, stumbling around the streets, singing Free Bird, they won’t give two shits. This is all just a fun little system to let the cops here know that I know what I’m doing and they don’t have to waste any time on me. Plus when something such as modifications of peds and huge groups of peds come to down, what are they going to do? Nothing. Like I said, I see where everyone is coming from and I know this would be “retarded” where you come from but here, not so much.
