her in pa anything with 3 or less wheels is a motorcycle, but i think if it’s under 50cc, and top speed is 25mph no more than 2hp braking power and has pedals (what the law for moped is in pa) it should fall under the term for moped, besides there’s been moped trikes before, and plenty of them, along with one that i believe sold on ebay awhile ago (2 or 3 months) that was 2 front and 1 rear wheel…
