possible?...3 wheel atv frame + 49cc = legal trike

Imo It can be done but:
1. The ATV frame is too heavy for a 49cc engine
2. ATV rims are too wide to mount moped tires so moped wheels would be needed.
3. Moped wheels have a thin axle so they must be supported on both sides by forks, swing arms etc.
4. I feel sure there are things I left out.
