Emily, people will be there. Also, you will figure out how to get around town without killing yourself pretty quickly. Also also, if you want to make that moped go faster than 25(to make it useable around town) you want to look for the following parts on ebay, or on here.

From a PA50II(the yellow one)
Reed valve, Variator, Carb. You will also eventually want a performance exhaust pipe.
