I did get a D cylinder from Handybikes but it was very expensive. Over $200 with piston and all. I probably should have just gotten a kit but I’m a sucker for stock.
I had tried everything on that old one. I tried PB Blaster, heat, force, etc. I even tried the old fill it full of grease from a grease gun trick after you make a spark plug adapter that can connect to a grease gun trick. That might have worked but I had punched some holes in the top of the piston with my force method so the grease just oozed out through those holes instead of building up pressure in the chamber.
