butnut – So you just cut the springs? And yes your bikes are hot.

After looking at a fork again last night I’m pretty sure that’s all that needs to be done. I might look into a stiffer shorter spring option.

Anyone know what the purpose of the little discs that inside the spring is? I had one on the left side and two on the right.
