ground up build

basically im looking for a kick ass motor to build a moped around, something cheap with the most avaliable parts. reliability is a plus but this is goanna be something special not for every day tooling around. Im thinking aluminum frame, low rider/cafe racer style, top tank, springer front end if i can make it. this is just floating right now in my head and i wanted people to chime in. basically i want to make a madass look like a bitchass. why? because i have time and tools and materials(not money so much but who does) any ideas fro anythign are welcome. i like to reuse things that are considered junk too
