My dear friend Nick had a shed filled with about 10 mopeds.

Me, being an argumentative motherfunster in my younger days, always told him I was going to supe up a “goped” to beat all his mopeds.

One day he showed up at the bowling alley on his pristine Batty Starflite(only nice bike he had). He let me ride it, and I did circles around the bowling alley at 15 mph. The “pop-pop-pop” two-stroke sound was what really got me.

Have since owned like 15 mopeds and a small cycle in the past 4 years.
